General Introduction

This terms and conditions document serves as a legal agreement between the jetbaji platform and its users. Using the jetbaji website or any associated mobile application means you fully accept these terms.

jetbaji provides online sports betting, casino games and live casino services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates with the aim of giving users a safe and transparent environment for entertainment.

These terms have been written in Bengali and this is the authoritative version. In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation of jetbaji authority will be considered final.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account on the jetbaji platform and use any service, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be 21 years of age or older 21+
• You are using the platform personally and voluntarily — not on behalf of someone else.
• You confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
• You have registered with your own accurate and truthful information.
• You do not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.

Minors are not permitted to open an account. If identity verification reveals that a user does not meet the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and any associated balance will be forfeited.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, jetbaji authority reserves the right to suspend any or all of those accounts. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will also be considered a violation of this policy.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and your own. Registering with incorrect or false information may delay the withdrawal process and may result in account closure.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login details with any third party. If you believe someone is using your account without authorisation, notify jetbaji support immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on jetbaji are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This limit applies equally to all methods.

When making a deposit, you must use the payment account that is registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, withdrawals may be limited until it is fulfilled.

4.3 Payment Verification

jetbaji may request additional verification for unusual transactions. If the required information is not provided, the transaction may be delayed or suspended.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbaji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not real money — to receive it, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The jetbaji VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Cashback is applied at the set rate on the week's net losses.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using false information, or attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless jetbaji authority identifies a technical error or incorrect odds. jetbaji reserves the right to suspend any bet in cases of suspicious betting activity.

6.2 Game Results

For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports body. For casino games, a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used and game outcomes are fully automated and impartial.

6.3 Multi Bet

A multi bet combines multiple selections and a win is confirmed only if all selections are correct. If any single selection fails, the entire bet amount will be lost.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the jetbaji platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Making deposits using a third-party payment account or card.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Coordinating with other users to create artificial bets (match-fixing or collusive betting).
• Intentionally exploiting any software error or bug on the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Transacting on the platform with funds obtained from illegal sources.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jetbaji

jetbaji authority may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for identity verification within the specified time.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Evidence of use of multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time. Make sure to withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account. A self-exclusion option is also available — contact the support team to learn more about it.

Responsible Gaming
